Export Liquid EXP out of RefinedStorage

Issue
When importing Liquid EXP into Refined Storage, there’s currently no way to extract it again.

Details
As described in [#136], Liquid EXP cannot be removed once it’s in the Refined Storage system.

In my case, after importing Liquid EXP, I’m unable to take it back out. A possible workaround could be having a Liquid EXP bucket item, which would allow fluid handling through buckets.

Expected behavior

• Be able to extract Liquid EXP from Refined Storage, either directly or via a container item (e.g., Liquid EXP Bucket).

Actual behavior

• Liquid EXP can be imported into Refined Storage but cannot be retrieved in any form.

I found a workaround using Mekanism:

1. Obtain the item creative_fluid_tank from Mekanism.
2. Place the tank inside Refined Storage.
3. This will automatically allow Liquid EXP to be exported from Refined Storage into the tank.

Result:

With this setup, the Liquid EXP can successfully be taken out of Refined Storage.
