Describe the Bug

As the title goes. The mobs couldn't drop experience nugget in some reason while in chunks that in offline forceloading mode.

Reproduction Steps

1. Run the mod and create in a server, and keep only you can join the server(this means offline)
2. Make a automatic mob farm, which would use deployer to kill mobs and collect loot and experience nuggets
3. /forceload these chunks and exit
4. Wait for a few while
5. Rejoin server and check your experience collector(like chests, tank, etc.)

Expected Result

The amount of experience should increase.
