Setting INSTANCE_NAME does not change the name in app

Instance_ name only appends the name. It should change all of it. More variables to change in every place. Title/headers etc.

Added the Variable INSTANCE_NAME and that doesn't change the title/name of app. It still says DumbBudget

Had this issue also. Seems to be an issue with spaces it looks like. I made my instance/site titles have underscores instead of spaces and it displays right now.

I'll try that, thanks. Not having spaces is not really a solution and should be fixed in my honest opinion.
