Saltern fixes (Floof-Station#576)

* saltern fixes

added back document printers, did the toodoo list. Moved sophia slightly. Pets, medical devices sectech & job slot. plus other things on the toodoo list.

* Saltern Jobs

Modifed the prototype file to include the sectech.

* Update saltern.yml

I'ma try using this for once and see if it fixes it.
