README: drop Pivot from the competitor line

Pivot is a former employer (it's on my profile as "Ex-Pivot"), so listing it as a
competitor to compare against reads awkwardly, and it's far less known than Ramp/Zip so it
diluted the comparison. Ramp and Zip carry the point.
