Add story consequences for not completing NPC bounties #23
Description
To help drive narrative there should be consequences for ignoring the NPCs bounties ideas
- Loss of access to Loan Shark
- Stolen Cards
- Shit Cards (Like a rock that does nothing but takes up space in hand)
- Stolen Money
- Telling other players what cards you have in your hand
- Killing or messing with creatures you bet on
- Messaging other players pretending to be you
