Stops replying if you do not finish conversation #3
Description
If the conversation within 'Conversation Handler' is not completed, subsequent input to the bot will not be recorded or responded to.
Possible solutions:
- Timeout of ConversationHandler object prior to next ConvHandler being called
- 'Allow re-entry' argument for ConvHandler
