Platform Updates & Health Check

✅ Cosmic Space Theme (2025-11-27)

  • [NEW] Cosmic Space Theme: Added a toggleable space theme for the landing page with animated stars, nebulas, and glowing neomorphic elements.
  • Toggleable: Admin can enable/disable via Settings panel.
  • Visuals: Aurora effects, floating nebulas, and enhanced glassmorphism.
  • Performance: Optimized CSS-only animations.

✅ Translation & RTL Implementation (2025-11-27)

  • Text-Only RTL: Implemented Arabic RTL text alignment without flipping the entire UI
  • CSS-Based Solution: Uses body classes (lang-ar, lang-en, lang-fr) for selective styling
  • Smart Direction: Text content (p, h1-h6) is RTL in Arabic, UI elements (buttons, nav, inputs) stay LTR
  • Utility Classes: Added .force-rtl and .force-ltr for override control
  • Language Persistence: User's language preference saved in localStorage
  • Documentation: Created comprehensive guides (TRANSLATION_GUIDE.md, RTL_IMPLEMENTATION_SUMMARY.md)

✅ Notification System Upgrades

  • History View: Admins can now see a list of the last 20 sent notifications.
  • Delete Capability: Added functionality to delete notifications from the history.
  • Security: Added Row Level Security (RLS) policy to ensure only admins can delete notifications.

🛡️ Platform Health & Security

  • Error Boundary: Implemented a global ErrorBoundary to catch unexpected crashes and provide a user-friendly fallback UI instead of a white screen.
  • Security Audit:
    • Verified RLS policies for notifications.
    • Initiated npm audit to check for dependency vulnerabilities.
  • Performance:
    • Confirmed usage of React.lazy for route code splitting.
    • Confirmed CSS optimizations (will-change, content-visibility).
