Update component/package links

@rljacob -- @mccoy20 and I noticed the following. We are trying to make sure the website is up to date for the next release of the Floating Points newsletter (next month).

On https://docs.e3sm.org/, there is a 404 error for MPAS-Analysis.

• "MPAS-Analysis - Ocean and Sea Ice" (@xylar)

On https://docs.e3sm.org/E3SM/, these two components are listed as "not yet supported" and they don't appear on the lefthand sidebar under "Components". Are they still not officially supported or should these things be updated?

• "EAMxx — not yet supported." (@PeterCaldwell @crterai)
• "Omega — not yet supported." (@vanroekel)
