Should we improve ne120 testing on CPU machines (such as pm-cpu)?

With a v3HR config finalized, should we add a test or two (with CMIP7 forcing)?
If so, what are recommendations for specific tests?
And which suite?  Or create a new one?

We currently have `e3sm_hi_res` suite with these two ne120 tests:
