During testing, CTest reports warnings originating from `VertCoord.cpp`

Omega CTest produces the following warnings from VertCoord.cpp:

[warning] [VertCoord.cpp:70] VertCoord: error reading nVertLevels from mesh file, using NVertLayers = 1
[warning] [VertCoord.cpp:163] VertCoord: Error reading InitialVertCoord stream
[warning] [VertCoord.cpp:172] VertCoord: Error reading minLevelCell from InitialVertCoord, using MinLayerCell = 0

These warnings may or may not be valid, so I’m creating this issue to raise awareness and start a discussion.

Probably more appropriate for me to switch these to LOG_INFO as opposed to LOG_WARN, since this is expected behavior. This is just informing that certain fields were not found in the initial mesh file so default values are being used instead.
