During testing, CTest reports warnings originating from `TimeMgr.cpp`

Omega CTest produces the following warnings from TimeMgr.cpp:

[warning] [TimeMgr.cpp:1274] Removing Omega calendar
[warning] [TimeMgr.cpp:1276] This invalidates all prior time manager valuesand should only be used in testing
[warning] [TimeMgr.cpp:2908] TimeMgr: TimeInterval::operator/ (int) interval does not divide evenly

These warnings may or may not be valid, so I’m creating this issue to raise awareness and start a discussion.

The calendar removal warning is valid. In normal operation, there should only be one calendar and it shouldn't change through the simulation, so the warning is there to catch such cases. However, the time manager and other unit test drivers test several different calendars as part of unit testing so the warning shows up repeatedly. I can remove the warning since we're unlikely to remove a calendar - the more likely scenario is that we define more than one calendar. I'll have to look into the divide evenly warning - it may be intentional. We should leave this issue open and I can maybe tackle cleanup of the time manager soon.
