Maybe change the title to EAMxx instead of SCREAMv1 and mention that these runs will be very expensive unless you run at low res? Also, I think readers will get confused by your Specific Examples section because you don't say anywhere what variables ACE needs for training. And in the full script section, maybe say what the line numbers are for the changes needed to produce the ACE training output - it's buried in the run script, which folks may not expect to contain all the variables needed for training rather than an "exercise for the reader" type thing.
