Locate the zstash confluence documentation page

Using zstash always informs of this github "q-a" page, but I cannot find a referent to the confluence documentation here. I think that should be prominently available.

The help message that prints is "For help, please see https://e3sm-project.github.io/zstash. Ask questions at https://github.com/E3SM-Project/zstash/discussions/categories/q-a.". I don't update any zstash documentation on Confluence.
