zstash to support long time archving of adios compressed files

There’s an effort led by @wlin7 to test ADIOS compression for the v3.HR simulation. We’d like to confirm whether zstash can fully support ADIOS-compressed files — currently focusing on restart files only.

As far as I know, zstash is file-format agnostic, but we can run a test using @wlin7’s output to get familiar with the new format and identify if any updates are needed to support this change.
