Unit & Integrational tests

Analyze and integrate Unit/Integrational tests mechanism in the system. It's enough just to put the system in place with instructions how new tests should be added.

I got it done and pushed to branch "php7". I created a file with basic instructions for setting up and creating tests, it's attached. Should I append that to the Readme.md file?
