Describe the bug
OLS4 does not return any result with valid for some compact URI (obo_id) values for some ontologies.
For example:
OLS4 shows "AFO_/process#AFP:0001109" for the term "quadrupole mass spectrometry" in Ontology: AFO (IRI: http://purl.allotrope.org/ontologies/process#AFP_0001109) but obo_id interpretation is not valid. Expected result is AFO:process#AFP:0001109
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to bioregistry portal
- Search "AFO:process#AFP:0001109" it returns valid term (To verify valid Compact URI)
3- Searh same Compact URI on OLS4. No result.
Expected behavior
A valid Compact URI - obo_id (e.g., AFO:process#AFP:0001109 ).
