It seems there are API problems for Mondo as well. I hope it is only temporary.
E.g. filtering for native terms (local = true or "isDefiningOntology") does not work. This is reflected in the website as well, if you unflag "include imported terms" you get 0 results.

@matentzn this seems to be a side effect of a fix we added last year about informing users if an ontology fails to get indexed in the latest data release. In MONDO's case, there must be some network glitch due to which it might have failed to load but its not an old ontology. Its the latest MONDO ontology so the banner's text is not correct.

We are working within the team on how to make this more robust so that we don't confuse the users. On top of this, we have moved our dataload pipeline to Nextflow, which isn't quite stable at the moment so apologies for this. This is at the top of my to-do list, and we'll fix it.

However, once the latest release goes through, this banner should disappear, as MONDO will be processed correctly. We are looking at a time frame of around 24-36 hours. I'll be keeping an eye on this, and meanwhile, will be implementing a fix to avoid this situation in future.

This must be a bug on our side, since we have rewritten our Solr implementation and the way it is indexed, so we probably introduced it. I'll be looking at both of these issues to see what's really happening.
