Similar to the note we added for YouTube (#2974), let's add a note to the popup for Facebook.
The common complaint seems to be that Privacy Badger doesn't see any trackers on Facebook, and how can that be??
Something like the following?
No trackers blocked on Facebook? Facebook does not use “third party” trackers. Visit privacybadger.org to learn more.
I suggest reviewing user error reports for inspiration.
This should interact well with the first-party protections section (#2748) we show on Facebook.
