feat: multi-language support

When I checked the source code, I found that the initial project came with multi-language switching, but with the migration to a serverless project, this functionality was removed, is it possible to add it back, thanks (I will provide a Simplified Chinese translation)

Upstream removal of records submitted by i18n.

原项目删除了 react-i18next 是因为 i18next 需要访问 fs 文件系统模块，cf 的 edge runtime 不支持。我有时间的时候可以尝试用 next-intl 实现。

The original project removed react-i18next because i18next needs to access the fs filesystem module, which is not supported by Cloudflare's edge runtime. When I have time, I can try implementing it with next-intl instead.
