xlsx files retracted?

I've been waiting for a few month for updating to the latest version of our MIROC6 model description on the es-doc site after I committed on last December to January, because I've heard at the IS-ENES3 GA held on last March that something wrong was preventing whole process inside the es-doc system.

I happened to find that some new commits here, then I checked the es-doc and found that some parts I uploaded in some recent commits are lost.

Please compare cmip6/models/miroc6/cmip6_miroc_miroc6_atmos.xlsx of my latest commit (7ab7278) and of the head, see Sheet 3., 6., for examples.

Did I have to do something more to keep these xlsx files at my commit? Or did some kind of accident occur ?

Could you get back to MY latest xlsx files?

How is the status of this issue? Should I re-commit MY latest xlsx files if it is a simpler solution?

@tinoue70 At this point in time it is a simpler solution for you to re-commit your latest xlsx. Alternatively create a PR branch and then we can review.

@momipsl I found three more files for MIROC6 at HEAD of master branch are also backword-ed to the old ones, so I committed again to the PR branch.

Now PR branch has the latest files for MIROC6.

And, for safety, I edited initialization_from_CMIP5.json file to set "" for all of entries not to initialize any more.

Would you review and pull them to the master branch, or could I merge by myself ?
