Description
What happened?
- CIME checks to ensure there are not duplicate namelist entires in atm_in as part of the namelist comparison to baselines
- CAM-SIMA history creates one namelist entry (
&hist_file_config_nl) for each history file. - The result is that any test with multiple history files yield NLFAIL
What are the steps to reproduce the bug?
- Check out the head of CAM-SIMA
- Run the tests from $CAM-SIMA/test/system -
env CAM_FC=gnu ./test_driver.sh -f - Observe the NLFAIL and inspect the TestStatus.log file to see the error from CIME.
