Change Clm50 tests in the testlist to Clm60

In the testlist are some tests of compsets using Clm50. These should be updated to use Clm60, since ctsm5.2.0 is available now and it's an option. See the CTSM issue about this.

Part of this is to make sure there is a matching Clm60 compset for the Clm50 one.

When the change is made it might also be a good time to assess the CLM tests that are being done and add and/or subtract anything that makes sense.

@Katetc we'd like to bring this up again with you. I could make a simple PR that does it, or you could take it on. I figure we at least need to coordinate about it, since it will change your testing.

Could we meet with you to chat about it? As part of that we should think about an estimate on a timeline for this. I wonder if this could be done as part of cesm3_0_beta05 for example? But, it would also be fine to be beyond that...

OOo, thanks for bringing this up. I'm bringing in support for a new CISM external over the next couple of weeks and I've been looking through the testing and considering what needs updates, changes and additions. I definitely want to do these CLM6 updates but I'm not sure if it's best to do a quick update or as part of a larger test reorganization. Let me talk to Bill L. and think a bit before a meeting.
