stochastic physics parameters set from user_nl_mom #282
Description
The stochastic physics package has some tunable parameters that are set in the &nam_stochy section of input.nml. For example OCNSKEB_LSCALE, NTRUNC, and OCNSKEB_TAU. It would be nice to be able to set these from within user_nl_mom rather than by modifying input.nml and putting it into the SourceMods directory. Manually modifying input.nml conflicts with the way that restarting the stochastic physics package is currently handled.
This is not urgent.
