Give ability to create choropleth map using country IDs in addition to points with lat/lng

There will have to be some kind of unique country identifier, probably ISO2 or ISO3 codes, or code to disambiguate different country names (e.g. https://rdrr.io/cran/rworldmap/man/countrySynonyms.html).

@DrMattG this is probably something that builds on your shapefiles right? A first step building shape files internally from country name recognition or lat/long --> country codes?
