[CREDIT] Add contributor: information about funding and resource support

How should we 1) provide information about funding and resource support through ESIP (e.g. community fellow program and other resources) and 2) classify ESIP's "type" (sponsor?)?

@HuelsmanKelsey after some digging, I think we can capture this information in our CONTRIBUTORS.yaml document, but it won't translate well to Zenodo and GitHub citations. Still worth doing!

Here is what I learned:

1. Zenodo grants: Only auto-link if the award exists in OpenAIRE's database. Otherwise the metadata is stored but won't link to a grant record. Grant IDs use the format {funder_DOI}::{award_number}.CITATION.cff:
2. The CFF spec (v1.2) has limited native funding support. Grants can be represented as references with type: grant, but tooling support for parsing these is inconsistent.
3. ROR IDs: Recommended for funder identification, but not all funders have one yet.
4. Individual vs. project funding: Neither Zenodo nor CFF natively associates a grant with a specific contributor. All funding ends up at the project level in the output files.
