"A" case not really all data models?

The A case is usually called the "all data model" case. But, at least in E3SM, its not really all data models. Instead the long name is:
2000_DATM%NYF_SLND_DICE%SSMI_DOCN%DOM_DROF%NYF_SGLC_SWAV_SIAC

So there's a stub land. That's been true for a long time. Does CESM still have that? Anyone know why land isn't a data model?

There is a data land but I believe that data land and data atm don't work together.

That would violate the cpl7 feature that an individual model shouldn't know what else is connected to the coupler. I should just try it. Does the CESM A case also have a stub land?

The two with DLND are AA and A1850DLND. AA appears to be untested, so I'm not sure if it works. A1850DLND appears in the aux_cmeps test list, which is rarely run... I suspect that at least worked at one point but I can't vouch for it currently working. SCPL is snow-coupling mode, where I think dlnd sends the values needed for CISM; this is a commonly-used dlnd configuration (T compsets). LCPL is non-snow-coupling mode; I'm not sure if this is used anywhere in CESM.
