What happened?
Not really a bug per se, it appears that Druva have changed where they publish the latest In-sync client (v8.x). It appears that the downloads for v8.x are only available from behind their paywall.
The Release Notes show that the latest inSync Client (for Windows) is v8.1.1 (released 21st March 2026)
https://help.druva.com/en/articles/8829600-release-notes-insync-client-insync-web#h_7e395dc8e2
As they do not publish v8.x on the (previous) downloads page: https://downloads.druva.com/insync/#inSync_Client, Evergreen is only aware of the v7.x releases.
As I understand v7.x is still supported I guess Evergreen is fine for now, but unsure if this info might mean reporting Druva inSync versions via Evergreen is nearing the end of the road? 🤷
