Android - UX: Allow key remapping for controllers and keyboards outside of the Player Settings scene #2960

Description

Player platform:

Android, latest version of the Player.

Describe the issue in detail and how to reproduce it:

In the Android version of the Player, keys displayed on screen can be changed by going in Settings -> Input -> Manage Input Layouts. Unfortunately, if you try to play on the Android version of the Player with a controller or a keyboard, these keys can only be remapped by opening the Settings scene while playing (F1, Start button or Open Settings command in a game that have it). Unlike the other versions of the Player where you can easily find the Settings scene since it's present in the games browser, this menu can't really be opened on purpose if you don't know that it exists or if you don't have a controller/keyboard that supports these keys. Having an option to remap these keys in the Input part of the Android version would likely be useful.
