Idiot Maiden: Event frequency doesn't update the same way when a page change occurs during a move route between RPG_RT and EasyRPG #3471

Description

Game:
Idiot Maiden. This was mainly tested on the Spanish version, but is also doable on other languages such as English.

Player platform:
Windows 11, latest continuous build of the Player.

Describe the issue in detail and how to reproduce it:
Use the provided save (doncella_tonta_save.zip). Go in the map below you, and spam through the text (you can use the Playtest mode and holding Shift to make the text be displayed quicker): you need to spam through the text to not let the game finish the move route for the event at the end of the text. If you did it correctly, when the NPC should be chasing you, on EasyRPG, it will move extremely quickly not letting you any time to escape, while on RPG_RT, it will move only from time to time.

When accessing the room with the switch 28 ON, an autorun event is triggered, and the NPC event chaser is set on its 1st page with an invisible sprite, set to be static with a x2 slower speed, and with a frequency of 3. At the end of the autorun script, a move route is applied to the NPC, which makes it slow down, move 3 times to the left, and then speed it up, and after the autorun finishes, sets the switch 35 ON, which stops the autorun, and make the NPC event chaser go on its 2nd page, where it has a sprite, is set to move automatically at a frequency of 8 with a normal speed.
By spamming through the text, the move route affecting the NPC event chaser starts on the 1st page, and finishes on the 2nd page: while both EasyRPG and RPG_RT seem to handle the speed change the same way, for some reason, RPG_RT keeps the frequency of the 1st page, while EasyRPG instead applies the frequency of the 2nd page, leading to a difference of speed between the two.
