I already have full linting and formatting support on Neovim, using conform and nvim-lint

Wrote the mason-nvim-lint link personally here and here (I forgot a comma on the first pull request like an idiot)

I also have formatting setup, didnt take much setup, i am hosting it on github as well here

So neovim linting and formatting is already working for me.

My mbake version is also managed via the Mason.nvim plugin, so the entire environment is working for me.

Added 2 files, flymake-bake.el and bake-format.el to the project, and got formatting working via reformatter and linting via flymake. #96
