[BUG] Import playlist from .csv files does not work

🐛 Bug Description

every file in the file browser is greyed out and inactive including .csv files. if i click on it nothing happens

🔄 Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Account
2. Click on Settings
3. Scroll down to Backup and restore
4. Click on Import a "csv" playlists
5. Try selecting a .csv file
6. See error

✅ Expected Behavior

.csv files are not inactive and i can select my csv file

❌ Actual Behavior

i cant select any file

Hi - I noticed the playlist CSV import bug is a good candidate for a narrow diagnostic/fix pass.

I can do a $60 fixed-scope PR today if you are open to a paid small fix.

Scope would be limited to:

• reproduce the .csv playlist import failure from the issue details
• fix the parser/import path if it is a small logic or file-handling issue
• include before/after notes or test output

If it requires broader format redesign, I will stop after documenting the cause and next-step estimate.

If you’d like to help, you’re welcome to investigate the issue and submit a PR on your own initiative. No one is obligated or pressured to work on it — we can and will handle fixes ourselves as needed.
We do appreciate analysis or debugging notes if you’re willing to share them freely. However, please don’t propose paid fixes for issues in this project going forward, even as an offer. That’s not how we operate, and we’d like to keep contributions aligned with standard open‑source practices.
