Fix Windows incompatibility and/or document it

Currently, the framework has some functionality that relies on Linux system calls:

• Memory PID metric (Java implementation uses Linux system calls)
• Bash scripts
• EmoflonGtAppUtils (may feature Linux-style paths, e.g., '/a/b/c')
