[BUG] Milestones : Date Bug

Description

Today after updating my milestone section through JSON I have added date for my milestone as July 2023 but after successful merge it is showing complete different date .

I also checked some other profiles I found out that mostly the month in a date is January (1).

The date now is more strict now, we will look into this, we can improve the docs.

Hey @eddiejaoude I'd like more insight into how the system manages JSON data via pull requests (PRs). My assumption is that when we provide JSON data in a PR, it gets stored in the database, correct? I presume there's a specific job or mechanism in place to oversee this process
