[FEATURE] Price Range for Events

Description

Many events offer a range of ticket prices and often if there is a virtual portion it may be free or greatly discounted.

Ideas for Discussion:
Change price from a fixed ticket price to a min/max - show the range if these 2 values differ

Secondary idea:
If virtual is toggled on, offer an option virtual price if it differs from the in-person

My personal preference is the first idea as it seems like less work for the user and covers the whole range. Ideas welcome!
