Wrong pronunciation of en_gb-glados\loiter.wav

Description

The sound en_gb-glados\loiter.wav has a slightly incorrect pronunciation where the voice seems to stutter or repeat the first syllable in loiter. Very minor, but thought I would point it out :)
FYI I have redownloaded the sound pack to verify and both my PC and EdgeTX radio produce the same result.

Just confirmed this is a bug with the GLaDOS Voice Generator as I generated the same "loiter" audio and it sounds exactly the same...

Using the prompt "hi, loiter" and then trimming down to just "loiter" is a bit better...
