NOT ABLE TO FLASH MULTI MODULE

Hello Everyone,
I am not able to flash MULTI MODULE of my RADIO MASTER TX 16S , the present ver is RM TX 16S V3.60 , PL see photo 1, the latest ver is 1.3.4.31, pl see photo 2, I am trying to flash from the SD card , the error I am getting is FIRMWARE UPDATE ERROR DEVICE NOT RESPONDING, pl see photo 3. Am new to Edge TX and Radio Master, have been using Futaba. I am using EDGE TX Jolly Mon.
