sometimes new issues and PRs are not tracked in the project view, because the "edirom development" project is not assigned.

add "edirom development" project automatically when a new issue or PR is opened in

There’s also another possibility: Using workflows in the project. But this feature is limited in GitHub Free accounts. Nontheless there are also Free Team subscription for, e.g. academia, cf. https://docs.github.com/en/billing/concepts/discounted-plans#discounts-for-schools-and-universities

So maybe this has an even easier solution... add field "projects" to issue template
