Missing {min, max} overload for Schema.isLength #989

What steps can reproduce the bug?

What is the expected behavior?
Schema.isLength would accept an object with minimum and maximum lengths.
What do you see instead?
Schema.isLength only accepts a single number.
Additional information
IMO this is main reason to use Schema now that Zod has codecs (kidding. mostly. am I kidding? I'm not so sure anymore)
