Restrict ByteSize.Input strings to canonical non-negative integers with recognized units, rejecting malformed literals at compile time. Parse external strings and fractional quantities with ByteSize.fromString or ByteSize.fromStringUnsafe before passing them to APIs accepting ByteSize.Input.
