Sort aggregations

Description
I just realized that Gally returns the aggregation options not sorted which seems to be a bit odd when dealing with options like package size - as you can see below.

Ideally, Gally Server should return the options sorted. If not, the Gally plugin should take care of the sorting.

Maybe it makes sense to make the sort order configurable in Gally server? e.g. sort by label or sort by value?

The next release of Gally will include an option to handle natural sorting for numeric values:
Elastic-Suite/gally-standard#149

If you want to keep the Sylius order, the admin sort option should handle it, though it seems the position option might not be processed correctly:

That's neat! Looking forward to the next Gally release.

I can confirm that the admin sort option does not seem to work as expected. I kept the option values in strict order (sorting from small to large) but the data returned by Gally is mixed wild.

Happy to dig deeper if you need more insights.

I've upgraded the project to Gally 2.2.1 and the issue still exists. Do I have to enable the natural sort option somewhere or will it work automatically?
