Current Behavior
When creating a viewing a tally, the total number of ballots is used to determine the percentage that each candidate gets and is also used to calculate the undervotes. This could lead to a higher number of total ballots being reported for that contest and have lower percentages being displayed.
Expected Behavior
The number of ballots that need to be used is the number of ballots that use the ballot style that contains the contest being calculated for.
