[Enhancements] Implement the Finite-State pattern to load a chain of native libraries

A request to implement the Finite-State-Automata for dynamically loading a map of native libraries with an example.

• Utilizing Automata4j.
• Example for loading a map of native libraries using the Automata4j framework.

It should be noted that concurrency could be also supported via running multiple machines in a threading model.
