Request: Chapter markers

Hey there, would like to be able to use the new hybrid MP4 chapter markers websocket commands :-)

You already can! All request and response classes are generated on-the-fly, so the only time this package needs to be updated is when some low-level code changes - e.g. how authentication is handled or the way requests are formatted - but not when there a request, or one of the properties of a request, are added or removed or renamed.
