Issue: Unable to Claim Liquid Peg-in Due to Witness Program Hash Mismatch - Refund request after dynafed transition
Description:
I am unable to claim funds in a new wallet after deleting the original Liquid wallet. I receive the error: "The transaction was rejected! Reason given: non-mandatory-script-verify-flag (Witness program hash mismatch)" when attempting to claim.

Details:
- Initiated the peg-in from onchain to Liquid via Elements Core node.
- After 102+ confirmations, attempted to claim Liquid funds.
- Elements node blockchain data corrupted and was unable to fully sync, so I couldn't finalize the pegin.
- Wiped Elements Core (including wallet) and recreated full node (I mistakenly thought that claimscript can be used by any wallet )
- Tried to claim with new instance using the same mainchain address and claim script.
- Encountered witness program hash mismatch error.

Assistance needed to retrieve funds after the next dynafed transition, as advised by Liquid Telegram group support.
