If I enter man ~/.var/app/com.mikeasoft.pied/data/pied/piper/piper I get just gibberish text.

Trying to get more info of piper I checked out https://github.com/OHF-Voice/piper1-gpl but I can't find any man document on this GitHub page to help me out.
Maybe I'm wrong and there's another command to access Piper's manual?
