Migrate CI?

I am thinking if CI should eventually be migrated from github actions to pipelines / the current CI go to on the .NET Foundation projects. I just personally been having a nightmare with github actions and how it is sometimes difficult to get it all properly set up without issues and a lot of needless commits that could otherwise be improved with the CI the .NET Foundation uses.
