[BUG] Can't block account if 2FA is enabled

Describe the bug
When 2FA is set to enabled, account block didn't prevent from joining

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enable 2FA
2. Block account

Expected behavior
Player kicked with the reason "Account is blocked"

Могу подтвердить. Блокировка вообще не работает.
