Add more features related to database performance/tuning

Instead of just providing access to the raw Interbase System Temporary Tables, provide more meaningful services that helps users to understand the database performance, bottlenecks and provide suggestions that can help (like cache buffers, memory, etc)

If we give the AI more system context (OS, memory, CPU, DB size) and train it on IB parameters, it should be able to provide solid database tuning suggestions...
