Sydney 10.4 Update 1 does not compile for missing declaration

Hi,
with the latest commit 3c2663f the build stopped early for missing declaration of the PValue object.
PValue is never defined in the project:

[shineworld]

Also WrapVclComCtrls.pas hangs on TNodeCheckState which does not exists...
